*Apology*

Hi!!!!

This is the letter of teacher about of an apology .....

I want to write you a letter of apology.

Dear Class,

I'm very sorry that I was ten minutes late today. I had to go to Human Resources (H.R.). I should have gone to pick up my vouchers before. I shouldn't have forgotten to sing my time card.

If I would have managed my time better, I wouldn't have been late. It won't happen again. I hope that you are able to forgive me someday.

Here we use the sentences "should" and the conditional "if".

Structure:

---> Subject + should have or should haven't + Verb (P.P.)

Structure of conditional:

----> Conditional + subject

For example the sentences in blue are that use "should" and the sentences in yellow are the conditional.
